There are new platforms for games and the way we play and see things has changed.In Donkey Kong 1980 had a massive amount of likes even though the graphics were bad and it was 2D. It was popular because it was all about skills you have how to get along the game and people started to make high score and try to beat each others which made the game interesting.

Fifa 14 currently came out and the graphic are so awesome that its like we are experiencing a real world football because it's so real!  

Fifa 14 the best graphics so far i have ever seen and a lot of people bought this!

This is Fifa 99 this shows a huge difference from how they have improved on the graphics but still people use to play that game even though the graphics were bad where as nowadays people worry so much about the graphics if the game has bad graphics they wont buy it.

 

On the other side there is mine craft it is so different to Fifa 14, GTA V etc. Graphics on mine craft the not that good but people love this game because it is so different from the other games.

people create things with blocks which is really hard as you can see in the picture once they get into the game then they keep creating different things and they can play online with their friends which is the best part because then everyone can help each other build high tower etc and can do mission such as escaping the building by killing the zombies and not die!
